Drake has been on a roll as of late, and over 100 hits later, the Toronto rapper continues his rap domination.

With the brilliantly executed yearlong marketing plan for VIEWS, the rapper’s first day album sales came in at a massive 600,000. His largest first day sales to date. Estimates for the artist’s first week album sales were projected at anywhere from 800,000-900,000.

However, a report via republic records revealed that his first week album sales already exceed 1.2 million, officially making VIEWS a platinum recordand the man still hasn’t stopped selling. Apple Music has revealed that VIEWS has been streamed over 250 million times, not to mention that the album’s physical release was made available just a few days ago (May 6).

The album will remain on apple music until May 13, 2016, after which, it will move to Tidal and then Spotify; both of which will continue to generate streaming sales for the 29-year-old icon.
