Lil Durk and NBA YoungBoy Send Warnings to Their Enemies on “My Side”

The midwest and south unite.

Lil Durk and NBA YoungBoy issue a number of warnings to their enemies on “My Side.”

In the new track, NBA handles the hook and first verse to the new street anthem. “Where I’m from it ain’t safe boy it’s wild / Keep a gun cuz I gotta survive / N—a better not come tweak on my side / N—a know all my n—as gon’ ride,” the Baton Rouge rapper sings.

Durk lays his verse later in the track, rapping, “Ran off on the plug to a safe zone / Feds tapping all the iPhones / Goons lurking like a blast zone / Get it right before you die wrong.”

The two seem to compliment each other well on “My Side,” so let’s hope that this isn’t the last time we hear Durk and NBA on a track together. There’s still no clue to if this single will be featured on either one of their upcoming projects. Durk is preparing to release his collaborative album with Tee Grizzley in December, but it’s doubtful it will appear on there.
