Nipsey Hussle caught the attention of many people after receiving a $10,000 donation from Jay Z in 2013. The large transaction included 10 copies of his Crenshaw mixtape.

Five years later, the boastful L.A. rapper is selling out shows and partnering with major brands in the music industry. To celebrate this newfound success, Hussle releases his star-studded debut album, Victory Lap. The 14-track project features an acclaimed roster that consists of the likes of Kendrick Lamar, YG, Puff Daddy, The-Dream, CeeLo Green, Marsha Ambrosius, TeeFlii and more.

Recently, the 32-year-old teamed up with TIDAL in the form of a ticket giveaway for the Feb. 15 show. He also released a mini-documentary titled “10 Rings,” which provides an extensive background of his record deal with Atlantic, and a sit-down on Rap Radar’s podcast.
