Listen to Tay K and Blocboy JB Go “Hard” on First Single from No Jumper Records

“We want beef, not veggies, not squash.”

Dirty south upstarts Tay K and Blocboy JB join forces on their latest single “Hard.” The Taz Taylor & Platzus-produced release celebrates the inception of No Jumper Records, a newly formed alliance between the popular podcast and Atlantic Records.

Only hours after the release, Adam22 — the owner and host of the No Jumper podcast — tweeted a list artists that will be included on a No Jumper album. To name a few, he lists off Smokepurpp, Lil Pump and “the girl from Dr. Phil” among others.

No Jumper Records seems to be an essential stepping stone for Adam22. Though earning his name primarily in the world of BMX, he stated in an interview that his first time interviewing a rapper was his good friend and underground legend, Xavier Wulf. It was Wulf’s in-depth interview, which would inspire other burgeoning acts like Pouya, XXXTentacion and more to reach out to Adam22 for their first time telling their story.

Artists appeared to be more comfortable talking to someone else with face-tattoos and a grip on underground rap culture rather than the average media circuit. This makes No Jumper a golden goose for Atlantic Records when it comes to recruit buzzing acts.
