Many have speculated to if the highly coveted Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” would actually be making its return in 2016, and we finally have the answer to that question: Yes!
The sneaker was originally released back in 2000 and was then re-released as a retro edition seven years ago. Compared to the previous “Space Jam,” this year’s offering features two notable changes: “45” branding replacing “23” on the heel and “Nike Air” tagging placed on the insoles.
Reminiscing Michael Jordan’s 1995 NBA Playoffs uniform, the “45” labeling comes as a suitable alteration to match that of the original pair.
Its been reported that these Air Jordan 11s will be releasing right in time for the winter holidays on Deceber 17, and will retail at a price of $220 USD.
